
The Camp Hill fire Department consists of one station located on the corner of 22nd and Walnut Street in the borough of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The borough is a residential community spanning approximately two square miles with 8,000 residents. The Fire Department’s first due area also includes shopping centers, restaurants, and industrial areas. The Fire Department consists of an engine, ladder truck, rescue, and ambulance. It is a volunteer fire service with 24hr paid BLS ambulance coverage. We respond to an average of 400 fire calls per year and 1,200 ambulance calls. Our apparatus responds on many mutual aid calls to the surrounding boroughs and townships. The Company has made numerous changes over the years and will strive to continue to improve with the help of the Community, the Borough Council and its various agencies, and the unselfish giving of time by the volunteers of the Fire Company in service to their community
